"Never Enter a Race Without Certainty of Winning"
A bold statement to make, but certainly a requirement. Winning is achieved by never giving into despair. If a contest is open to any who may wish to enter, and if seemingly you have no qualifications, except a burning desire to defeat the challenger, “go giant go.” If you are headstrong, obstinate and dangerously self-opinionated, you are qualified. If your reason for winning is worth fighting for, go with a mind-set to win. A courageous attitude with gather a lot of fuel needed to win a race.
I am writing this article with a past experience of my own in winning a race. It was not one that I want to boast about, but I can truly say I made the valiant effort to lead a group of people to the victory line. I had a good reason for winning and was chosen to take a leading part. I felt confident before I accepted the challenge. Not everyone felt that way about me, but I was the one to decide if I was capable or not. The choice is mine and yours. Do we want to make a difference in this world? There is always something we can do to fulfill that desire. The most important thing is perseverance. If we set a goal for ourselves it’s a lot easier to accomplish our mission. We will stay focused on the right picture we want to paint. A picture perfect of our minds faithful expressions.
I challenge you today to pick a mission you want to travel on. Keep in mind rewards come with , “mission accomplished.” While you are helping someone else to achieve, you are receiving an honorary award. Every good person deserves a good taste of flattery once and awhile, so be ready to accept with gratefulness.
Respectfully
Myrtle Jean Sharp
